Sasha Cheprasov (Russian language global mentor) is originally from Voronezh, Russia, studied at IBTS Prague and at the Scottish Baptist Seminary and is now a full-time youth pastor at Forest Hills Baptist Church in Saint John, NB Canada. Not only can he speak multiple languages (and Scottish!) Sasha is married to his wonderful wife and is an avid fisherman and musician.
Mary Grace Hawkes currently lives in Nova Scotia and co-pastors a small, rural church congregation where she oversees Youth & Family Ministry. She is so thankful for the church of her youth who encouraged her early on to serve in leadership; whether in camp ministry, worship services or youth & children’s ministry. This example has inspired her for the last 15 years as she has worked in various ministries and put into practice the belief that we all have a part to play in the Body of Christ – no matter our age. Her passion is to help equip and encourage leaders to serve using the unique gifts and experiences God has given them.

Since that time, she has become Administrator of the Lay Pastor Training Program, the Coordinator of Atlantic Baptist Mission (ABMB), and serves as Administrative Assistant and Registrar for the Youth & Family Department. She is the new Horizons Coordinator for the CABC.

Louise Hannem-Knowles is the Associate Pastor of Family Ministry at Timberlea Baptist Church, and also works for Canadian Baptist Ministries in the area of Youth and Young Adult Engagement. Louise has a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Child and Youth Studies from Mount Saint Vincent University and a Master of Divinity from Acadia Divinity College. Louise lives in Timberlea, Nova Scotia with her husband and daughter.

Daniel Beckett has been a youth worker/pastor since September 2001. He served at Sheringham Baptist Church as the Youth Worker, and is now the Children and Youth pastor at Godmanchester Baptist church where he joined in September 2010. From 2006-2009 he studied for his degree in children and youth ministry at Cliff College and then became a Youth Specialist accredited minister with BUGB. He is married to Hayley and has 3 amazing children.

He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Briercrest College in Caronport, SK. Jason has a heart for seeing youth know Jesus, growing their relationship with Him and be engaged in church ministry.
Arnaud Jeuch is 30 years old, and a youth leader in his local church. Since 2009, he has been a theology student at the FLTE seminary near Paris (Faculté Libre de Théologie Evangélique). In 2011, he joined the youth committee of the French Baptist Federation, where he is now in charge of organizing youth leadership training.

Rev. Nancy Murphy was associate pastor to children since 2004 at Brunswick Street Baptist Church. On most Sundays she oversaw the ministries to over 100 children and volunteers. Nancy has a passion for children and desire to introduce God to them at their level. The theme she has adopted is "Let Kids worship like Kids." Her other passion is to share God's love with the often "forgotten ones" in the downtown core. Nancy is also a foster parent and the owner of two miniature dachshunds, Meyer and Ellie.
Sabin Boruga is the pastor of the Baptist Church in the beautiful city of Sighisora Romania and is also the regional youth director for the Romanian Baptists in the Transylvania region. Sabin has a passion for assisting youth leaders in his country and is dedicated to using Horizons to assist and encourage them.

Keisha has worked in the capacity of a member of the Dance Ministry for over 6 years and together with her husband is now an incumbent Youth Director. Children and young persons in general are dear to her heart and she is currently studying Early Childhood Education. She believes that we should get our young people to realize and understand how God works and all of what He has laid out before us. 'Each one Reach one' is her personal motto.
